MotorSports Travel Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions may vary from one wholesaler to another and therefore this page is a guide only. Full terms and conditions on a specific package can be supplied prior to any bookings being made.

Deposits are due within 7 days of confirmation of the booking and range from $200 per person and in most cases non-refundable.

Balance Payments are due no less than 6 weeks prior to departure for your documentation to be finalised for your departure.

Full Payment is due on confirmation of the booking by some wholesalers, especially if the travel date is within 6 weeks of the booking date.

Further Payments maybe required for Airfares Specials with expiry dates before the final payment is due. Full payment for Tickets to International Events would be required at the time of booking by the Agency.

Airfare Taxes and Airport Fees can vary for day-to-day and moment-by-moment with the US Dollar and therefore the final balance due may vary.

Cancellation Fees vary depending on when you cancel - prior to departure or after departure.

Full Travel Insurance is highly recommended at the time of deposit to cover all Travel arrangements.
